Our team has spent many years successfully navigating all the major real estate disciplines and this experience will enable our clients to do the same.
DREC Relationships
Through DREC's extensive experience we have developed numerous invaluable relationships which provide our clients leverage in areas that they may not normally have access to. DREC has a large network of brokers, developers, investors, funds, attorneys, and lenders both nationally and locally. In addition DREC has also worked with many local municipal groups including IDOT, CDOT, MWRD, and many of the local cities, villages, and counties to name a few.
DREC Creative Strategies
DREC works closely with its clients setting obtainable objectives centered on addressing the client's goals. DREC's engineering and construction background allow us to analyze assets more in depth than other strictly financially centered groups. We are able to perform Value Engineering which can result in reductions in expenses. This strategy coupled with our years of financial and loan workout experience, enable us to address most issues that arise with real estate assets and loans.
